UIS Scripting

The following scripting options are available for data interface functions related to the Universal Interface Service (UIS).

COM API	Description and Link
CxUis	The CxUis automation interface can be used for data interface functions related to the Universal Interface Service (UIS). See CxUis for more information.
CxEditors	The CxEditors library is the standard library for service-editing objects. The objects contained in CxEditors are dialog box-based editors for CygNet services and service-specific items. See CxUisEditor for more information.
CxEventIf	The CxEventIf control can be used for multiple data interface functions related to the UIS. The ValueQuery object is used to setup and execute current value queries for CVS services. See CxEventIf.ValueQuery for more information.
CxDialogs CxScript	The ShowUisCmdAuxDialog method displays the UIS Command Auxiliary Information dialog box. See CxDialogs.ShowUisCmdAuxDialog for more information. See CxScript.GlobalFunctions.ShowUisCmdAuxDialog for more information. The ShowUisCmdStateDialog method shows the UIS Command State dialog box.
